And the devil tries to destroy these pillars. Spiritual attack is the deficiency of the word of God and prayer in the life of a believer. Prayer is a way to transcend into the spiritual portal. Prayer is how the believer travels to a place of his advantage. 

The word of God is the guide through which the believer walks in the perfect will of God.

  1. Lust and Immorality.

  •      - Sexual content
  •      - Appetite
  •      - Practice/activity 

 2.  Love of pleasure. 1 Timothy 5:6, 2 Timothy 3:1-4, 1 John 2:15, 1 Peter 4: 5


3. Idolatry. 1 John 5:2.

4. Unforgiveness and bitterness in a man.

5. Unconfessed and Unrepentancy. Proverbs 28:13,

1.  It generates power. 

Ephesians 1:16-22,3:20, Acts 1:8,4:28-33, James 5:16, Luke 5:16-17, Mark 6:46-56,5:30. 

Power is what separates believers

  •      - the a sinner becomes born again 
  •      -Reveals in the works of the gifts of the spirit
  •      -the transformation of a believer into saints or Christlike 
  •      -the quantum of God's presence in our meetings.


2. Prayer births supernatural deliverance and protection. Psalm 91:1, Acts 12:1-6, Philippians 1:19


3. Prayer is an intercourse with God which birth multi- faceted/supernatural possibilities. Isaiah 66:7-8, 11:1-6, Jude 1:8


4. Prayer produces supernatural strength and energy. Luke 22:41-43  Isaiah 40:28-31.


5. Prayer produces supernatural boldness. Acts 4:24-31


6. Prayer brings divine speed.  Mark 6:42-48 , 1 kings 18:41-46

Prayer brings the hand of God upon a man's life. Prayer is also seen as a time saver. You can call forth things into now through prayer.


7. Prayer keeps you constantly in the will of God. Romans 12:23

The Will of God

  • The Good will of God is the general will of God for all believer. 1 Thessalonians 5:18, 4:3
  • The acceptable/ permissible will of God. It is what God allows you to do and not the will he has for your life.
  • The perfect will of God. It's what God intends or want you to do specifically or uniquely.
